The journeys of Tintin was a sequence of cartoon books penned by Belgian writer Herg over a period of roughly fifty years. The title personality was the teen hack Tintin who had these remarkable journeys all around the planet ( and even in outer space ). Tintin was always accompanied by his dog Snowy, who would often help him in unravelling the crimes and puzzles that he faced. As the series progressed, numerous supporting characters were added. The most noted of them were Captain Haddock and Professor Calculus.
